Chocolate Lovers Favorite Cake by ReliefSociety

Ingredients

Cake mixture 1 pkg chocolate cake (your choice) 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding 2 c sour cream 1 c melted butter 5 eggs 1 t almond extract 2 c chocolate chips Icing: 6 T cocoa powder 6 T butter 3 T water 3 T corn syrup 3/8 t almond extract 1 1/2 c powdered sugar

Instructions

1. set the oven to 350 F and grease the bundt cake pan
2. in a large bowl mix together cake and pudding. Mix well.
3. Add sour cream, butter, eggs, and almond ext. Mix at low speed and then medium speed for 4 mins.
4. Add chocolate chips and mix again.
5. Pour mix into the pan and bake for 50-55 mins.
6. Cool before turning over.
7. Then glaze with icing (see below for icing instructions)

Icing:
1. mix together all ingredients in a pot.
2. Cook over low heat until thickens.
3. Remove from heat and add almond extract and powdered sugar.
