Pesto Bread by Kraus Family

Ingredients

French or sourdough bread, whole uncut loaves 8 oz. cream cheese 3.5 oz. pesto 8 oz. salami Tomatoes 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Slice bread lengthwise into two halves. Spread cream cheese then pesto thinly on bread. Layer sliced salami, then sliced tomatoes on bread. Top with Parmesan cheese. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until hot (10-20 minutes).

Note: a good bread for this are the brown and serve long and thin sourdough baguettes that come two in a package.
