Baked Oatmeal Cake by
Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup densely packed dark brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk alternative (I used rice milk)
3 Red Mill "eggs" according to package instructions
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Mix wet ingredients.
4. Mix dry and wet ingredients together.
5. Bake uncovered 35 minutes then in 5 minute intervals until desired doneness. Will be highly moist.
