Creme de Menthe Cake and Frosting by
Ingredients
1 White Sour Cream Cake Mix
3 T Creme de Menthe
1 jar Hershey's Fudge Topping
2 jars Smuckers Fudge Topping
1 large cool whip
3 T Creme de Menthe
Instructions
Prepare cake as directed on package substituting 3T Creme de menthe as part of the total water required. Follow directions on package and bake as directed. Pour in a prepared 13x9" cake pan and bake. Cool. Ice cooled cake with chocolate toppings and refrigerate 1 hr. Combine the cool whip with 3T Creme de Menthe and ice cake. Refrigerate.
