Tex Mex Rice Bowl by ReliefSociety

Ingredients

1 pouch of precooked brown rice (ex. Uncle Ben's) 8 oz ground beef or sirloin 1/4 c water 1 1/2 T taco seasoning 1/2 c corn 1 (15 oz) can of black beans 1 c pico de Gallo 1 jalapeno pepper, minced 4 t cilantro, chopped

Instructions

1. Heat rice to instructions.
2. Heat a large skillet over med-high heat and cook beef. Stir in water and taco seasoning; bring to a simmer.
3. Stir in corn and beans. Cook until heated.
Stir in rice and top with pico de Gallo, jalapeno, and cilantro.
