Raw Walnut Fudge by
Ingredients
1 C organic coconut oil, melted
1/4 C raw cacao powder
1/4 C maple syrup
1/4 C almond butter
1/4 C walnuts, chopped
1 t. vanilla bean powder (I'll probably sub extract)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until combined.
Spread evenly in a 5 x 9 glass bread pan.
Put in the freezer for 1/2 hour or longer to harden.
Store in the fridge or freexer until ready to serve.
