Rice (2 parts water to 1 part rice)
Salt
Instructions
Rinse rice well.
Bring rice and water to a boil, add salt.
Reduce heat to low, cover, simmer for 18 min (NO PEEKING).
Remove from heat, KEEP LID ON, let sit 10 min then fluff.
