Pumpkin Roll by Doris Galloway

Ingredients

3 eggs 1 cup sugar 2/3 cup pumpkin 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Instructions

Beat eggs. Add sugar. mix flour and other dry ingredients, Stir pumpkin into eggs. fold dry ingredients and mix well. Place batter into a greased jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with nuts and bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. To prepare filling, combine 2 packages cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix ingredients until creamy. Spread and roll up.
