Ingredients
Fillo dough thawed, approx 5 sheets
4 ramikins sprayed
4 tbs melted butter
Heat oven to 375
Cookie sheet
1 lbs fresh or frozen peaches
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs lemon flavored instant pudding mix
1 tbs flour
Instructions
Mix all ingreds in a bowl and set to the side. Take one piece of fillo dough and gently brush all w/ butter. Add a second layer and repeat until all 5 are done. Cut dough gently 1 time length wise and 1 time width wise to make 4 squares. Place dough in ramikin and gently press to the bottom, some will hang over. Add mixture and fold corners to the middle the best you can. Brush w/ butter and bake. 375 preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
