Cheese Sauce by Kraus Family

Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine 1/4 c. flour or Bisquick 1/4 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper 2 c. milk 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

Melt margarine over medium heat. Blend in flour or Bisquick, salt and pepper and cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, and boil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted.
