Jelly Roll by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

5 Eggs (beat until fluffy) 1 1/4 C. Flour 1 1/4 C. Sugar 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder Pinch of Salt Dash of Vanilla

Instructions

Mix together ingredients and place wax paper in the bottom of a bar pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from pan and roll in towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.

After cooled, unroll and fill with jelly, ice cream or any other filling you would like and roll back up. Slice to serve.
