1 package regular bacon 1 cup packd brown sugar 1.5 tsp chili powder 1.5 tsp mustard powder Pinch pepper

Preheat oven to 400. Line cookie sheet w/ foil. Place rack on top of pan to help fat drip off bacon. Use wax paper and place individual slices of bacon. Take ingredsand mix well. Sprinkle bacon w/ mixture and rub gently. Flip and repeat. Place in oven for 20 minutes.
