French Coconut Pie by
Ingredients
1 unbaked pie shell, homemade or store bought
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c	sugar
1 stick	butter, softened
1 tsp	vanilla extract
1 Tbsp	white vinegar
1 c	shredded coconut
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, add lightly beaten eggs and then the remaining ingredients in order.
2 Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set in center and golden brown on top (center should not jiggle) Remove from oven and let cool completely. Yum!
