Balsamic Roasted Cauliflower by
Ingredients
Cauliflower head, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
1. Preheat to 450.
2. Toss cauliflower, oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
3. Spread on a large baking sheet until beginning to brown, about 15-20 min.
4. Toss cauliflower with vinegar, cook. 5-10 min until dry.
