Wiener Wraps by
Ingredients
Biscuit dough:
1-3/4 c. flour
2-1/2 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
1/3 c. shortening or margarine
3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. hot dogs (12-16 oz.)
Instructions
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut in shortening or margarine with a pastry cutter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Stir in milk just until dough leaves side of bowl and rounds up into a ball.
Turn dough onto lightly-floured surface.
Knead lightly 10 times.
Roll out biscuit dough into rectangle. Cut into as many strips as you have hot dogs. Wrap strips around hot dogs, place on baking sheet, and bake until done, about 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
