Black Bean and Corn Salad by cpeirson

Ingredients

1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 oz) can corn, rinsed and drained 2 roma tomatoes, diced 1/4 c diced red bell pepper 1/4 c diced red onion 1/4 c diced green onion 1/4 c diced pineapple 1 T chopped cilantro 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced 1/2 lime, juiced 3 T honey 1 T salt 1 t pepper 1 pinch ground cumin

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
