Ingredients
2 pounds of chicken breast cut into cubes about an inch and a half or so
2/3 cups soy sauce
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vin or reg
Dash salt, pepper, chili powder or flake
2 garlic cloves minced
1 large red bell pepper and green cut into chunks
1 onion cut into chunks
Instructions
Take all ingredients minis the chicken and veggies and mix in a bowl. Place cubed chicken in a 1 gallon zip lock bag and pour about a cup of marinade in the bag. Seal and place in the fridge for about 5 hours. Take the rest of the marinade and set tot the side
Soak skewers in water for about an hour so they don't burn. Take the chicken out of the bag and throw the bag with marinade away. Build your kabab and grill for about 5 minutes each side or until done to your liking. Any remaining marinade, brush towards the end of grilling.
