fajita marinade by
Ingredients
1/4 cup lime juice
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves fresh garlic crushed
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
Instructions
Blend all items in a bowl and pour into a large baggie along with meat to be marinated.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours ( better overnight)
