Crunch Salad by

Ingredients
2 Large bunches of green or green/red lead lettuce - washed and dried and torn into pieces
2 bunches of green onions - sliced
2 lbs of bacon cooked & crumbled
2 small packages (4-6 ozs) slivered almonds toasted at 350 degrees until lightly brown
1 container of sesame seeds - toasted with almonds
2 containers of La Choy rice noodles not chow mein
Dressing
1/2 cup Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup sugar
3 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Wisk or shake together until sugar is dissolved - can be made ahead of timr
Instructions
Toss everything together and add dressing right before serving.
