== Dry Ingredients == 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese == Wet Ingredients == 1 egg 1 tbsp butter - melted 1 tbsp sour cream ====================== Coconut Flour Version ====================== == Dry Ingredients == 4 tbsp coconut flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese == Wet Ingredients == 2 eggs 1 tbsp butter - melted 1 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

1. combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. (almond flour, baking powder, salt, cheese)

2. add the et ingredients and blend until a sticky batter forms. (egg, melted butter, sour cream)

3. break into 4 pieces and roll into balls or desired shape. wrap any you are not making today loosely with foil and freeze.

4. line air fryer with parchment paper. and place a single ball on the parchment paper. air fry at 400 degrees F for 6 minutes.
