3 T butter 3 T cocoa powder 1/4 c sugar 1/4 c light corn syrup 2 c sugar coated corn flakes

Combine cocoa, butter, sugar, and syrup in a saucepan. Heat over med heat stirring constantly until mixture boils. Remove from heat and add corn flakes, stirring until well coated. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Cool to harden.
