Ingredients
Deli prepped chix cutlets
Pancetta cubes
Parm or pecorino
1/2 box Spaghetti
4 room temp eggs
Instructions
Fork beat 4 room temp yolks
Add parm til it’s pasty
Add salt, lots of ground pepper
Cook 1/2 box spaghetti, save pasta water
Put cutlets in oven
Same pan, cook pancetta cubes and oil
When close to done, add garlic
When pancetta done, remove off heat, add pasta
Add egg paste, quickly toss
