Salmon Cakes by M_Sheahan

Ingredients

14 oz canned salmon or 2 4.5 oz cans of salmon 1/4 Cup of Mayo 1 egg 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 Sleeve of Crackers or 1/2 Cup Bread crumb to make mixture thick 1/2 TBS Old Bay Seasoning 1 TBS lemon juice 1/4 TSP Onion Powder 1 TSP salt and a dash of pepper 1/4 to 1/3 Parmesan Cheese 2 TBP Dijon Mustard

Instructions

Combine everything in a bowl adding the crackers and cheese last.tir the mixture well.

Bake in Quisinart at 335° for 15 minutes OR
Bake in oven at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes

Use some Mayo and Dijon for sauce if desired.
