Ingredients

1/2cup salsa (I use the whole jar) 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 pd flank steak red, yellow & orange peppers 1 lg onion cilantro

Instructions

combine salsa, lime, salt,& pepper.
Place steak in crock pot and pour sauce over steak. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Add peppers and onions at end to cook thru.
