Chicken - Garlic Parmesan by M_Sheahan

To cook chicken without an air fryer or grill pan sear the breasts on both sides for 4 to 4 minutes and place on a baking sheet for 10 minutes at 400 degrees until the internal temp reaches 165 degrees.

Ingredients

4 Boneless Chicken Breasts pounded to 3/4 inch thickness 1 cup shredded provolone 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup prepared ranch dressing 3 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbs minced garlic 1/2 tsp pepper RANCH SPREAD 1/4 cup grated parmesan 1/4 cup ranch dressing CRUMB TOPPING 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 1 tsp garlic salt 1/3 cup shredded parmesan 2 tbs melted butter

Instructions

Combine ingredients for the marinade and pour over chicken. Let marinate in fridge for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

Air Fry or Grill chicken

While the chicken cooks prepare ranch spread. Mix 1/4 cup of grated parmesan and 1/4 cup of the ranch, set aside.

Make the crumb topping

Place rack in the center of the oven, preheat broiler. Transfer chicken to an oven-safe casserole dish and spread the ranch spread, provolone and crumb topping on each breast and broil until cheese melts and it beings to turn brown.
