Grasshopper Pie by

Ingredients
1/4 cp. of melted butter
24 chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
1/4 cup Creme De Menthe
1 small jar Marshmellow cream
2 cups of heavy cream
Instructions
Make crust by mixing wafers with melted butter and press into springform pan.
Add CremedeMenthe to marshmellow cream.
Beat whipping cream until forms stiff peaks. Fold into Marshmellow Cream Mixture.
Pour into springform pan, sprinkle with more crushed wafers, and freeze over night.
(You can substitute green food coloring and peppermint flavoring for the CremedeMenthe)
