Brown Sugar Pecans by Doris Galloway

Ingredients

2 eggs whites 1 tbsp. vanilla 2 cups pecan halves 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar pinch of salt

Instructions

Beat egg whites at room temperature until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended. Fold in remaining ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool on sheet.
