Olive and Tomatoe Crostini by MissKay

Ingredients

1 French baguette 1 4-5 ounce can chopped black olives 1 small tomatoe diced 1/2 cup parm cheese 1/4 butter that is room temp 2 garlic cloves minced 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Pinch pepper, oregano 1/4 fresh parsley minced

Instructions

Combine all ingrediants and mix well. Take baguette and slice in half inch slices, about 24ish out of a roll. Preheat oven to broil setting. Spread mixture on top of baguette and place in the oven for about 3 minutes or until brown around the edges. When you serve, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
