Ingredients
1/2 cup dry ground mustard
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey (for sweeter mustard, increase to 1 1/2 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon granulated onion
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Cook over medium heat, whisking frequently until thickened (about 15 minutes).
2. Transfer to an airtight container and chill completely.
