Rice and Pork by jfairfie

Ingredients

2 lb. Pork (cubed) 4 c. Instant Rice 4 c. Water 1 large can Peaches (diced) 2 c. Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce salt and pepper to taste 2 tbs. Butter or Margarine 1 med. Green Pepper 1 med. Onion

Instructions

Directions: Over med. heat melt butter and add pork, onion and green pepper. Brown pork until almost done. Add in water and Rice. Bring to a rolling boil turn down heat to low. Stir often so it does not stick. Cook on low for 15 to 20 mins. (until rice is tender) Add in diced Peaches and Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce! Heat until peaches are hot.
