Chicken and Pasta by BB

Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat fusilli pasta uncooked 1/2 cup Kraft Light House Italian dressing divided in half 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces 2 cups small broccoli florets 1 large red pepper chopped 1 small onion thinly sliced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta as directed ( omit salt)
Heat 1/4 cup of dressing in large skillet on medium heat
Add chicken: cook and stir 5 minutes or until done
Add vegetables and parsley: cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender, stirring occasionally
Drain pasta, toss with chicken mixture and remaining dressing .
Top with cheese
Makes 6 servings
