Mexican Corn Bread by Wanda Dickson

Ingredients

2 cup self rising cornmeal 1 cup cream style corn 1 cup grated cheese 1/2cup oil 1/4 t. Hot chopped red pepper or jalapeņo or more if desired 2 eggs 1 can (4oz.) green chiles,chopped 1/2 onion,chopped 11/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together,stirring well.
Pour into 8 by 12 inch oiled pan
Bake in preheated oven at 400-425 for 40-45 minutes,or until done.
