Pear and almond tart by
Ingredients
ready made pastry
3 to 4 pears
100g butter (or half butter half vegetable oil)
100g sugar
2 eggs
100g almond powder
25g flour
cinnamon (optional)
orange flower water (optional)
Instructions
Cream butter (oil) and sugar.
Add the eggs, almonds, flour, cinnamon, orange blossom water.
Lay out the pastry, pour the mixture on top, stick the halved pears in it.
Bake for 30 min at 180°C.
