Popper Chicken Casserole by
Ingredients
2lbs frozen tater tots
2 blocks cream cheese, softened to room temp
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 4oz. can diced green chilis
1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
1 Rotisserie chicken, deboned
Instructions
Spread tots into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish, bake tots for 15mins
While tots are cooking, stir together cream cheese and sour cream, season with
garlic salt and pepper
Stir in one cup of shredded cheese, diced green chilis, half the bacon, and chicken
until well combined
Preheat oven to 425
When tots are done, spread chicken/cream cheese mixture over tots
Top with remaining shredded cheese and bacon, bake for 20 mins, allow to cool 5
mins then serve
