Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup beer
1 can mexican style ro-tel
4 cups (2 cans) organic pinto beans
1 tbsp cilantro
1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapenos
pepper
cumin
Instructions
Heat oil in saucepan; sautee onions. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
