Potatoes Milk Salt Butter

Instructions

Peel potatoes and cut into smaller chunks. Put chunks in water then transport to a pot with salt. Put stove on high and boil gently; covered until boiling. Cook for about 1/2 hour, stick fork in to test potatoes. Take off stove and drain. Put a chunk of butter in the potatoes and add salt. Leave covered until melted. After, add milk and mix.
