Black Bottom Cupcakes by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

Filling: 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1 Egg 1/2 C. Sugar 1/8 tsp. Salt Add 1 C. Chocolate Chips Cake: 1 1/2 C. Flour 1/4 C. Cocoa 1 C. Sugar 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 C. Water 1/2 C. Oil 1 TBS Vinegar 1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions

Beat the filling together and add chocolate chips last. Set aside.

Mix cake ingredients and fill cupcakes 1/4 full, then add 1 heaping tsp. of the filling.

Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean.
