French Silk Pie by amgorrigan

This is excellent when baked in a coconut crust.

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled 8 inch baked pie shell

Instructions

1. Cream margarine
2. Gradually add sugar
3. Cream until light.
4. Blend in chocolate and vanilla.
5. Add eggs one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each addition on medium speed of electric mixture.
6. Turn into pastry shell.
7. Chill several hours.
8. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
