Broccoli Casserole by Jonathan

Ingredients

2 10oz packages frozen broccoli, thawed 1 15.25oz can whole kernel corn, drained 1 large onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 16oz sour cream 1 10.75oz can cream of broccoli soup 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1 6oz package Savory Herb Stove-Top Stuffing 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.
Cook stuffing per package directions and set aside. Cook chopped onion and garlic in a large skillet with butter until tender. Add corn and frozen broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until broccoli has thawed. In a large bowl, mix broccoli, corn, garlic, and onions with sour cream, soup, and 2 cups of cheese. Spoon broccoli mix into a 2qt casserole dish qand cover with the stuffing. Bake for 30 minutes.
