Jerk Chicken by Doris Galloway

Ingredients

1 tbs. allspice 1 tbs. thyme 1 1/2 tesp. cayenne papper 1 1/2 tesp. black pepper 1 1/2 tesp. ground sage 3/4 tesp. nutmeg 3/4 tesp. cinnamon 2 tbs. garlic powder 1 tbs. sugar 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 3/4 cup white vinger 1/2 cup orange juice 1 lime juice 1 habarro pepper 3 green onions (chopped) 1 onion (chopped) Chicken (boneless)

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients and whisk in wet ones. Add pepper and onions. Add chicken and marinate.
