3 C. Flour 2 C. Sugar 1/3 C. Cocoa 1 tsp. Salt 2 tsp. Baking Soda 3/4 C. Oil 2 C. Water 2 TBS Vinegar

Mix ingredients together and add the vinegar last.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Use Fluffy White Frosting on top!
