Easy Baked Fish by
Ingredients
1 lb. fish fillets
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2-1 c. mayonnaise
2-4 T. Italian dressing or lemon juice
Rice
Instructions
Place fish fillets in shallow baking dish. Spread cheese on top. Thin mayonnaise with Italian dressing or lemon juice, and drizzle over fish. Bake until done (depends on how thick the fish is), maybe 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice. Serves 3-4.
