Cheese Crisps (Real Simple) by cpeirson

Ingredients

1 loaf country-style or sourdough bread, very thinly sliced 1/3 c EVOO 8 oz Gruyere, grated

Instructions

Heat oven to 375.

Place the bread on a baking sheet(s). Lightly brush with EVOO and then sprinkle lightly and evenly with cheese. Bake until crisp and golden, about 15 min. Break each slice into large pieces, if necessary. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Makes about 60 crisps.
