Fish Croquettes by Wanda Dickson

Ingredients

11/2 cup flaked fish 11/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 eggs (beaten) 1/2 t onion juice or 1 chopped onion 1 t lemon juice 1/2 cup chopped celery

Instructions

Mix ingredients together.
Roll in small balls.
Cook till golden brown in hot oil.
