Creamy Vegetable Casserole by kaelinb

Can skip baking and chill in refrigerator for cold pasta salad if preferred.

Ingredients

-Any pasta (rotini preferred) (about 9oz.) -Mixed frozen vegetables -1 can cream of chicken soup -1 cup of shredded cheese -1/4 cup parmesan cheese -4 TBS. margarine -2 TBS. dried parsley -salt as desired

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F.
Cook mixed frozen veggies in a separate pot, drain and set aside. Cook pasta (box directions). Drain. Return pasta to the pot and add in margarine and rest of ingredients. Stir in mixed vegetables.
Pour everything into greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
