Easy brownies by
Ingredients
2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of butter softened which is equal to 2 sticks of butter, a half a cup of cocoa powder, one teaspoon of vanilla, four eggs, one and a half cups of all-purpose flour, half a teaspoon baking powder, half a teaspoon of salt, stand mixer with bowl and paddle attachment , 13 by 9 baking pan, non stick baking spray.
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs, vanilla, mix well until combined. Mix the rest of the ingredients until combined then pour mixture into cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
