Potato Salad by ReliefSociety

Favorite side dish growing up! Couldn't get enough of it.

Ingredients

5 lbs potatoes 12-18 eggs 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 3 tbsps mustard 2 1/2 cups sweet pickle relish 2 tsps salt 2 cans med. whole olives

Instructions

Bake potatoes, cool, peel and cut into bite sized pieces. Boil eggs, cool, peel and cube. Add all ingredients together in a large bowl and fold gently until potatoes and eggs are coated and ingredients are well mixed. Best if refrigerated for a few hours, or overnight.

Yield: Makes a BIG OL' Salad.
