Do not freeze pie, as this will cause the crust to separate from the filling.
Ingredients
1 Can (30 oz) Libby's Easy Pumpking Pie Mix
2/3 Cup (5 fluid oz can) Carnation Evaporated Milk
2 Large Eggs, Beaten
1 Unbaked 9-inch (4-Cup volume) Deep Dish Pie Shell
Instructions
1.Mix pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk and eggs in large bowl.
2.Pour into pie shell.
3.Bake in preheated 425 degrees F. oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F.; bake 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire racks for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
