Taffy Apple Salad by

Ingredients
-1 large (20oz) pineapple chunks; drain and save juice
-2 cups miniature marshmallows
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 beaten egg
-1 TB flour
-1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
-8 oz. cool whip
-3 cups peeled apples; cute into pieces
-1 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
Instructions
In medium saucepan, add pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour, vinegar, and marshmallows. Mix until marshmallows melt and becomes thick. Cool in refrgerator. Once cold add the cool whip, apples and peanuts.
