Crock Pot Apples by
Ingredients
1/3 cup butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
2 Tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup water
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 medium apples, cut in half, not peeled
Instructions
Melt butter, stir in sugar and corn starch. Cook until somewhat thick. Add cinnamon. Put apples in crockpot with approx 1/2 cup water. Spoon sauce over apples. Cook on low in crock pot until done.
